Academic Interests

Dr. Kamala Cotts is interested in studying the management of medical problems in adults with developmental disabilities compared to the general population. She teaches medical students and medical residents and conducts a special clinic for adults with development disabilities including Down’s syndrome, William’s syndrome, cerebral palsy, mental retardation, as well as various other genetic disorders.
 

Clinical Interests

General internal medicine with focus on hypertension, diabetes, and women's health, and primary care for adults with developmental disabilities.
