Academic Interests

Dr. Obaidi completed medical school at the University of Sharjah College of Medicine followed by residency and chief residency at Southern Illinois University. She then completed a 2 year hospitalist medicine fellowship at Johns Hopkins followed by a 2-year nephrology fellowship at Johns Hopkins. She is dedicated to pursuing a career in medical education as she completed Master of Education in the Health Professions (MEHP) at Hopkins in 2021 and was recognized for her teachings by numerous teaching awards during her training.
