Academic Interests

Dr. Slivnick conducts clinical research focused on leveraging the strengths of cardiac imaging techniques to deliver precision care to patients with heart disease. He has a particular interest in applications of cardiac magnetic resonance and echocardiography to improve the diagnosis and evaluation of patients with specific forms of cardiomyopathy including cardiac amyloidosis and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. In addition to his clinical and research endeavors, he has a passion for teaching the next generation of cardiac imagers.
 

Clinical Interests

Atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease, Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy, Heart Failure and Cardiomyopathy, Valvular Heart Disease.
