Academic Interests

Dr. Murphy is a hospital medicine physician with interests in high value care, hospital operations including care model innovation and inter-hospital transfers, and interprofessional education. His current efforts are focused on developing novel ways to measure and reduce inappropriate recurring care in the hospital setting. He is also passionate about promoting collaboration between the different health professions, particularly among trainees.
