Academic Interests

Dr. Rodriguez’s experience includes leadership contributions in institutional accreditations, residency and trainee program development, curriculum and faculty development. His interests include systems redesign and disruptive innovation in delivery of care; throughput and adaptive design methodology for hospital efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of care; patient risk stratification, transitional care and telehealth for post-discharge care optimization; hospital and providers’ utilization and evidence base practices for value-based care delivery; healthcare delivery in minority populations; and cultural change and diversity.
