Academic Interests

Dr. Gleason is a geriatrician with an interest in multidisciplinary education and the study of novel models of geriatric care across acute settings including the emergency department, surgery, and hospital medicine. She has an interest in geriatric syndromes including falls, delirium, frailty, and polypharmacy. She has been an active member in the American Geriatrics Society and currently serves on the Public Education Committee. She is also an Associate Editor for Aquifer Geriatrics, the AGS National Online Curriculum for medical and health professions students.
 

Clinical Interests

Dr. Gleason's clinical interests align with her academic interests including falls evaluations, care transitions, and delirium in hospitalized adults.
