Academic Interests

Dr. Kostas is the medical director of the Outpatient Senior Health Center. She has a special interest in medication management in older adults, including issues related to polypharmacy and high-risk medications. She also has expertise in caring for patients with cognitive impairment Dr. Kostas is a medical educator, specifically teaching trainees to care for the growing elderly population as part of an interprofessional healthcare team.
